Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling of your Cosmetic and Medical Tattoo appointment must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to your treatment date.

Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

To secure your booking, we charge non-refundable deposits both online and in-house. Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment balance in the clinic. For all online bookings, you are required to pay a $50 deposit. For all cosmetic and medical tattoo appointments, you are required to pay a $200 deposit.

As a valued client of Claire Martinez, we reserve the appointments especially for you. Therefore, we kindly request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend. We are more than happy to accommodate your request within our policy time frame. Failure to show at your appointment or inform Claire Martinez of a cancellation will result in a loss of deposit and you will not be able to book any future treatments at Claire Martinez.
